Integrated Planning Process (IPP)
The College's Integrated
Planning Process (IPP) takes the mission, vision, and values of the
Third Century Plan to the annual tactical level. In spring of 2006,
strategic issues were outlined with specific goals for the 2006-2007
academic year. An Integrated Planning Team (IPT) was formed with
representation from across the College of faculty, staff, students, and
alumni. Action teams were formed for each strategic issue with time
lines for accomplishing goals.
For a detailed report read "Goddard College Year One: Integrated Planning 2006-2007."
In the summer or 2007, the IPT will review accomplishments of the past
year and establish renewed or new strategic issues and goals and action
teams for 2007-2008. Dean of Planning and Assessment Judy Fitch facilitates the integrated planning process.

conversations. Goddard's commitment to a progressive, spirited, and
knowledgeable vision of higher education is held within its pages.
